Viking Armament Return Policy

At Viking Armament, we stand behind the quality and performance of every product we build. As a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder, we accept returns on eligible firearms and components in compliance with federal, state, and local law. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

General Return Guidelines

  • All return requests must be initiated within 14 calendar days of the original delivery date.
  • Returned products must be unused and unmodified with all factory accessories included.
  • A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained before shipping items back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Firearm Returns

  • Firearms may only be returned if they have not been altered or modified.
  • All firearm returns must be shipped back to Viking Armament. Customers are responsible for following all federal, state, and local transfer laws.
  • Firearms that have been transferred to the customer’s name through a background check are still eligible for return as long as they are unfired and in original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

For compliance and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Ammunition (cannot be returned once shipped).
  • Clearance or final sale items.

Restocking Fee

  • All custom Builds are subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from the refund.
  • All other eligible returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, deducted from the refund.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to Viking Armament error.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received, inspected, and approved.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for refund processing after inspection.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
  • Notify Viking Armament within 3 business days of delivery.
  • We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Compliance Notice

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any firearm or component purchased complies with federal, state, and local law. Viking Armament is not responsible for returns or refunds due to compliance issues or failure to meet legal requirements.
