Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if production, customization, or processing has not yet begun.
Due to the nature of our products, many orders begin processing immediately after purchase.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Custom, made-to-order, or special-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.
This includes, but is not limited to, custom rifles, custom Cerakote work, and special configuration builds.
Firearms & Regulated Items
Firearms and other regulated items may not be canceled once transferred, shipped, or logged
to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. All firearm purchases must comply with applicable
federal, state, and local laws.
Deposits & Payments
Deposits placed on custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable once work has begun.
If a cancellation request is approved prior to production, any applicable processing fees
may be deducted from the refund.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, you must contact us as soon as possible at

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and are subject to approval based on order status.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Right to Refuse Cancellation
Viking Armament Inc. reserves the right to refuse any cancellation request that does not meet
the terms outlined in this policy.
